Class Description: We are so excited to have the one and only Cecilia Villar at ACE for the very first time! Known for her energetic teaching style and creative line work balloons, Cecilia will be demonstrating valuable tips and tricks to boost your balloon twisting skills. This workshop includes balloons needed for students to twist along with the instructor.
